ROLE DESCRIPTION
The team coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the team members as they provide industry-leading insurance and risk advisory services. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in commercial insurance and consulting. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and documentation for consulting team
- Assist with preparation of client deliverables and reports
- Liaise with clients, brokers, and stakeholders to collect information for insurance reviews
- Maintain and organize project files and databases
- Support team members with research and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- University or college degree.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and willingness to learn new technology platforms
- Ability to adapt to competing priorities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
